14th September, 7pm – 9pm
The Indigo Project,
33 Foster Street, Surry Hills

Mindfulness isn’t just about meditation. If you love to work with your hands, you can learn about mindfulness by getting crafty with The Indigo Project! Kokedama is an ancient Japanese technique, (meaning moss ball), where a plant’s root system is bound with moss and string, transforming it into a mini art form.

All materials to make two kokedamas (one mini and one medium) are included in your ticket, and the session will be guided by Hilary Woodfine of Tiny Paradis.
